There’s a scene where the characters discuss their favorite Christmas movies
Synopsis
Helen embarks on a passionate affair with a man who has no idea what her secret identity is. Caught in the crosshairs when her lover falls victim to London’s dangerous underworld, Helen’s employer calls Sam to protect her. Neither of them mentions Love, Actually, a hugely popular Christmas movie.
Well, it wasn’t this one
That’s probably because Keira Knightley stars in both.. Featured in Graham Norton and guest stars: Cher/Keira Knightley/Michael Fassbender/Josh Brolin/Jalen Ngonda (2024). When you have three leads in the likes of Keira Knightley, Ben Whishaw, and Sarah Lancashire – plus a cameo from Tracey Ullman – you’d expect nothing less than a top-notch TV series or movie.
It even spent much of the last episode laying the groundwork for a second season
Over the course of six episodes, the plot became increasingly legless (i.e., it had no leg to stand on) and more and more of the scenes became more and more unbelievable. Would you go out and kill someone while you were legally drunk and had snorted horse tranquilizer? Well, that’s the kind of crap you have to put up with – as well as an absurdly large number of bodies.
