Synopsis
The crew of a horror web series visits an abandoned asylum for a live broadcast. They soon encounter much more than they bargained for as they move deeper into the old, nightmarish building. The filmmakers couldn’t get permission from the South Korean government to film in a real hospital, so the scenes set in Gonjiam were actually filmed at the National Naval Academy in Busan, with the production team adhering closely to the hospital’s floor plan to recreate the exact exterior and hallways. Charlotte keeps looking away when the group is outside the hospital. She obviously responds with a smile to whoever it is. References Return to the House on Haunted Hill (2007). If you’re a fan of B-horror movies, the scares are incredible in the second half. I really hate the blackout/problems of the film. I enjoyed watching it unfold.
